The exotica factor that trails every caribbean girl hightens the allure of the tan skinned beautiy made popular through music and fashion. Give me Rihanna, Nicki and Grace- carib cases ambassadoring our islands for years. But in a realer life, not-so-average girls like Jeneque Pinnock are the real heroines of our decade. Highly influential and well known in the socialingua belles like Jen are needles in a haysack. Everyone loves to to hate them, every girl wants to be them... but why? I asked Jen 25 QUESTIONS trying to find out!

1When were you born?

Two decades ago! I still haven't gotten used to saying that.

2Who was your role model between birth and 13 years old?

Lisa Hanna. I was in awe of her beauty and poise.

3Who is your role model now?

That's a tough one. I don't have just one role model.

4Growing up, what were you most afraid of?

Lizards! I’m still afraid of them.

5What are you not afraid of anymore?

Failure, I've learned that a setback is only a setup for a comeback.

6If you had to choose between becoming the highest paid lawyer in Jamaica of the

highest paid caribbean model which would you choose?

I always felt pressure in high school to choose to study law. But I'd choose to model.

7Where did you have your first kiss?

At a party, don't judge me.

8Who was your first kiss with?

A guy I really liked at the time.

9What's your favorite ice-cream flavor?

Chocolate Chip or Strawberry Cheesecake. I cannot simply pick one!

10Ice-cream or froyo and why?

A Devon House waffle cone will forever be my fav. I love Tutti (Fruitti) but nothing beats tradition.

11What was your first paid job?

At Grace Kennedy under their summer employment program

12On a scale of 1-10 how awesome do you think you are?

A solid 8! There's always room for improvement, right?

13What's your go to song to listen to when you're super happy or excited?

Definitely a throwback song, I'm still stuck in the early 2000’s.

14Who's your favorite musical artist?

Beyoncé, I didn't even have to think twice.

Jamaican? Jehan Jackson!

16Tell me one funny thing that happened to you when you were 18.

I can't share any of those moments! Way too embarrassing.

17Have you ever been drunk?

Yes. Beach Bums. Need I say more?

18How much do you hate alcohol?

Very much. I'm not much of a drinker. The rum does not love me.

19If you were an animal which would you be and why?

Giraffes, I'm already tall and orange looking, I'd fit right in.

I can't decide! I follow some pretty witty people. They keep me on my toes.

23What is your ultimate guilty pleasure?

Reality T.V and Wendy's, I'm an addict… It's horrible. 24Say something profound about the first noun that you see. The first noun? Wait, what? I'm a stickler for grammar ya'know so that's some touchy territory.

25Who was the last "famous" person you met?

Viv Richards - legendary cricketer. I don't even watch cricket and I knew who he was so you know it's real.
