HE'S BACK AND MORE VULGAR THAN EVER!
Rashade St Patrick (Kingston Belle Editor) and T-shirt designer debuts come-back collection!
Hello Belles, Yemi here (Gossip Blogger & KB Contributor). I've been a Kingston Belle contributor for quite some time and have remained just that; quite. But, when St. Patrick finally decided to do another collection I knew I had to write about it, I mean who wants to write about themselves anyway.
THE COMEBACK
The collection is set to be slow reveal, with groups of "NEW & FRESH" faces as muse for the 21 year old fashion entrepreneur. You know I had to get the exclusive.
"I've always tried to remain honest with myself and true to my talents and abilities so when I designed my first capsule I was very nervous. This time around I'm even more anxious." - RSTP
YEMI: What makes this special edition vest collection... well, special?
Rashade: Lol, First of all this is so weird (you interviewing me for my website). But anyway, This time around I'm much more focused on the market and my trust in myself as a tastemaker. This limited edition vest (tank-top) collection is highly influenced by the average sophisticated Jamaican 'man-child' (young adult). A vest is easy and laid back by nature... VULGAR vests is just that, just more luxurious.
YEMI: Why should I opt for a piece from vulgar over any other longer standing graphic brands?
Rashade: Well, Vulgar is not a graphic brand, we're way more. It's not just about a computer graphic heat pressed onto fabric. I spent time searching for my muses, getting them to agree to shoot, designing the vests, manufacturing etc etc. My packaging for one is going to be extremely phenomenal and the product itself will be a sure hit with men with style.
YEMI: Give me an exclusive dish... you simply must!
Rashade: lol, seeing that this is my website and I'm a big fan of Yemi weekly I'll divulge a very small detail. I'm debuting 6 designs between September and October. Each pair of designs will be fashion from the aesthetics of two muses, two Jamaican men with great style who will also model the pieces named after them. That's as much as I can say!
Well, I don't know about anybody else but I'm first in line for this new fleet of limited edition vests or tank tops or whatever you call it. Another exclusive dish is that the first pair of designs are set for a September 1 release, right in time for FASHION'S NEW YEAR!
It’s been real
